Below you will find basic information useful for new professionals with the aim of getting to know the institution before joining.

Practical information

Documentation to be provided before signing the employment contract
  • Photocopy of ID, current address, postal code and contact telephone number.
  • Photocopy of affiliation card or document stating the number.
  • Photocopy of the academic degree, certified for professionals in the professional group 1. This certification will be made to the Personnel Administration with the presentation of the original degree.
  • Photocopy of membership document (if necessary).
  • Bank account number.
  • 1 photo.
  • Negative certification of Criminal Certificates in aspects relating only to work with minors, or the negative certificate of the Central Registry of Sex Offenders.
Prevention Service

You are required to contact the Prevention Service to review the vaccination card based on your profession and existing risks in the workplace.

Identification card

It is the obligation of all professionals to carry the identification card in a visible place. At the time of signing the contract to the Human Resources Department, you will be given the identification card. This card is quite important because it has several functions: identification, access control and as a wallet for both dispensing machines and for the use of the dining room.

Uniforms

It is not allowed to leave the Parc Taulí site with work clothes. The uniform is dispensed in the basement of the Taulí building with the identification card, but you must first talk to the cloakroom staff in order to check its size, which will be coded on the identification card.

In the basement of the Taulí building, next to the dining room, there is a self-service kiosk for loading lunch and / or breakfast tickets on your identification card.

Access to email and computer network

At the Human Resources Department and at the time of signing the contract, you will be provided with an email address and a username and password to access the corporate computer network.

Access to the site

Depending on your residence, you can opt for different means of transport to get to the buildings on the grounds of Parc Taulí. It is advisable as far as possible to arrive on foot or by public transport.

By public transport: Near the hospital you will find stops for different bus lines, taxis and, 15 minutes walk, the RENFE station 'Sabadell Center' as well as the Generalitat Railways 'Sabadlel Plaça Major'. http://www.tauli.cat/tauli/usuaris/com-arribar-hi

By bicycle: There is a guarded space in the bicycle parking lots near the Santa Fe building and between the Victòria Eugènia building and the La Salut building. You will need an identification card to access it.

By motorcycle: Motorcycle parking is available near the various buildings.

By private car: The site has a free surface parking for professionals and a paid one; both are limited spaces in relation to their number of users. At the time of signing the contract, the Human Resources Department will be able to inform you of the Parking Management Regulations.
