Enter the DNI/NIE and touch the REQUEST button

If the DNI/NIE entered is correct, you will receive one SMS and one e-mail similar to the following, at the addresses we have registered:

 

 ATTENTION!! If you don't receive the email, check your SPAM folder.

Enter the email you received from the mobile phone and click the link to generate a new key.

This link will open the APP in the "New password" screen, where you will have to enter the code you received by SMS

If 24 hours have passed since registration or since you have recovered your password, you will no longer be able to use the SMS code and you will have to recover your password again

If the code is valid, the final screen will open to create and validate your new password

Now you can go to your Personal Area
