Once the application has been confirmed by Parc Taulí, the requesting entity will be contacted and the proforma invoice will be sent with the bank details to be able to make the transfer (it must be stated as reference "Taulí Auditorium "and the requesting entity).
The requesting entity must pay the total cost of the transfer no later than 15 days before the event. This payment of the fee implies the acceptance by the requesting entity of the conditions of assignment of use of the Auditorium. Otherwise, the contract will be considered canceled and the reserved date will be released.
Throughout the month following the event, Parc Taulí will send the corresponding invoice to the organizer.
