Rate 1 *: Non-profit organizations, schools, educational centers and cultural entities.

* Rate 1 is discounted, so the entities that use the room will include the logo of the Corporació Sanitària Parc Taulí in the materials for disseminating the activity, as a collaborating entity.
The fee for the use of the room includes:
- The use of the equipment and services available in the room specified in the section 'Characteristics of the Auditorium'.
- In order to enjoy the additional services, it will be necessary to indicate this in the contract.
- A technical visit prior to the event, on a different date and with a maximum duration of 1 hour, for knowledge of the space and audiovisual test.
- Liability insurance for damages to third parties.
- The initial cleaning of the space and at the end of the activity.
- Announcement in the main lobby of the hospital, in the sizes that the center will establish and during the day of the event. Always under the supervision of the Communication Office of Parc Taulí.
The rate for the use of the room does NOT include:
- That equipment and services not specified in this web space.
- Extraordinary cleaning that may result from the end of the activity due to catering or due to improper use of the spaces, at a cost of € 60 + VAT.
- The cost of possible damage to the spaces, equipment or furniture that may have been caused during the reserved session, either accidentally or by improper use by attendees, and which must be borne by the organizers of the activity.
- Parc Taulí will not provide hostesses or other services for people, except for technical support.
