Language management plan

Committed to linguistic rights in the healthcare field

The Parc Taulí Healthcare Corporation Consortium has developed its Language Management Plan to guarantee the linguistic rights of users, in accordance with instruction 02/2024 of the Catalan Health Service. This plan includes a set of actions aimed at ensuring that all people can express themselves and be treated in the official language of their choice, both orally and in writing.

Through diagnosis, training, awareness-raising and the promotion of the use of Catalan in the workplace, the Plan establishes specific measures to promote clear, respectful and quality healthcare communication. It also includes training actions such as the “Prescribe yourself in Catalan” program, workshops on good language practices and the creation of language pairs between professionals.

This document reflects Taulí's commitment to linguistic diversity, equity in healthcare and continuous improvement of the patient experience.
