In public entities, according to article 2 of Law 13/2005, of 27 December, presidents, general managers, executive directors, managers, etc. are considered senior positions and managers, as long as they receive fixed and periodic remuneration. equal to or greater than those established for the position of Director General of the Administration of the Generalitat.

In accordance with article 63 of Law 3/2015, of 11 March, on fiscal, financial and administrative measures, no right to attend attendance at meetings of governing bodies of boards of directors or any other collegiate body of the Administration of the Generalitat and of the entities, bodies or companies of its public sector.
