Innovation management requires regulations that allow the
knowledge transfer in a clear and transparent way. These
rules of the game between the institution and its professionals, as well as the rights and the
obligations of all actors involved in the process, are defined in the
regulatory framework for innovation, which consists of:
Regulations on intellectual and industrial property, which seeks the
legal certainty of the parties involved in the development of
research policies and determines both the ownership of the results
generated from care and research activity such as the
distribution of the profits derived from its exploitation
commercial.
Good practice document on the transfer of
technology and knowledge, where the CSPT informs its professionals
of the main legal aspects that define the policy of
transfer of technology and knowledge of the institution, as well as the
procedure applicable in technology transfer processes.
Addendum to the employment contract, as a complement to the contract
which regulates the intellectual and industrial property generated on the basis of
the activity of the professional while his employment relationship with the
CSPT.
Training in research and innovation
The CSPT has an integrated Institutional Training Plan (PIF 2012) and
aimed at all professionals with the aim of helping in the improvement of the
professional skills.
