It was created on January 25, 1993 at the request of the Corporation
Sanitària Parc Taulí by Caixa Sabadell and Sabadell Mutual as patrons
founders. In the Taulí of Trustees of the Foundation, in addition to the promoters and
the Corporation, with the participation of important institutions: UDIAT Diagnostic Center,
Banco Sabadell, Sabadell Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Mutual Society
Sabadell Private Foundation.
The mission of the FPT is:
 to support the institutions of the Parc Taulí in aspects of
teaching, research and innovation, in scientific-medical training
of professionals and, in general, in the development of
knowledge that underpins the care model, and
 establish national or international links with universities,
institutions or industries in the healthcare sector and with civil society.
The Foundation promotes R & D & I for the benefit of the general population
pot receive higher quality health care incorporating all
innovations and advances made, and for the benefit of the professionals themselves who can
ddevelop your work with better levels of quality, comfort or
sweather. These research activities are activities of high responsibility
sthat maximize the knowledge and experiences of the
professionals at the service of improving the quality of life of citizens.
The Foundation is committed to the sustainability of the system and the
retorn of value in the territory. Innovation projects have results
pproducts that can generate high value when transferred to the market, without
dstop having the same social impact as other research projects; i
teaching actions and the translation of research results into the community
