Conditions of use of the room

  • In no case will it be possible to exceed the capacity of the room (208 people), nor the schedule for carrying out the activity established and agreed in the reservation.
  • The instructions of the responsible person assigned by Parc Taulí must be followed at all times.
  • If the organizers require technical equipment not available in the room, they must present the list of equipment and the company to which they plan to hire it to obtain prior approval from Parc Taulí, which may also advise on external companies that already know the characteristics of the room.
  • It will not be possible to hang or nail any object, poster ... neither on the walls of the Auditorium nor on those of the access lobby.
  • Any type of catering - which will always be provided by the organizer - must be served only in the Auditorium lobby. Parc Taulí can advise on companies that can offer this service.
