Parc Taulí integrates the consultation of visits and scheduled tests in the digital space 'My Health

Parc Taulí users have a new service available on the Cat @ Salut La Meva Salut digital space: the possibility of consulting the agendas of their visits and scheduled tests at Parc Taulí, thanks to the development carried out by Information Systems of our institution.

My Health is a personal, consultation and relationship digital space that allows citizens to have their personal health information and other online services to do procedures, consultations and take care of your health.

This information was already accessible to the user, for a long time, through the Parc Taulí website, but has now been integrated into 'My Health', where our users can also consult, among other information, reports from HC3 (Emergencies, hospitalization, outpatient consultations…), your medication plan, and Laboratory and Radiology test results.

Parc Taulí and the ICS have been pioneering entities in publishing this information in the La Meva Salut space, thanks to the pilot project launched by the Department of Health.

In order to access My Health, we must go to our CAP and request a username and password, although it will soon be possible to request it at the Hospital itself, in a physical location effects.
