The grants make it possible for the selected researchers to be released from their healthcare activity, through external recruitment and for a maximum period of 12 months, in order to be able to dedicate themselves to the research activity in a more intensive way and, thus, to be able to give a new impetus to the respective projects.
From among the different applications received, in this first call the director of the Pulmonology Service of Parc Taulí, Dr. Eduard Monsó Molas - who leads the group of chronic lung diseases and microbiome - and the doctor of the Endocrinology and Nutrition Service, Dra.
