During the last few weeks, the students of the 2nd year of the training cycle "Care for people in a situation of dependency" of the Middle Grade of the Jaume Viladoms Institute in Sabadell, have carried out a series of activities with the residents of Sabadell Gent Gran.

5 sessions with 10 different workshops have been held, working on various objectives through activities such as: psychomotor skills, activities with music, manual work, life story and reality orientation therapy. These activities have been led by the students and supervised by Sabadell Gent Gran professionals, Amanda Quesada, occupational therapist, and M. Victòria Martí, sociocultural animator.

These collaborative activities have benefited both the grandmothers and grandfathers, who have participated very actively in the sessions; like the students themselves who have been able to share experiences and put into practice what they learned at high school.
