At the time of discharge you will have received one SMS and one e-mail like these:

If you don't have the app installed, download it from the markets

Once you have the app installed, go to your email from the same phone and click the link to generate a new key

This link will open the APP in the 'New password' screen, where you will have to enter the code you received by SMS

If 24 hours have passed since registration, you will no longer be able to use the SMS code and you will have to go to recover password

If the code is valid, the final screen will open to create and validate your new password

Now you can go to your Personal Area
